Refund policy

No returns. No exchanges. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances, except in the case of a confirmed manufacturing defect.

Pre-order items

Items sold on pre-order are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once placed. The full amount paid is non-refundable.

In-stock items

Items available in stock are dispatched as described. Once dispatched, the order cannot be modified or reversed.

Manufacturing defects

In the rare event of a confirmed manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at press@millionvvv.com with clear photographic evidence. Each case is assessed individually; where a defect is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or repair at our discretion.

EU customers

Under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU (Article 16), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. For in-stock items, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal applies where required by law.

UAE customers

This policy is issued in compliance with UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Decree Law No. 5 of 2023). MILLIONVVV is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
